This policy explains what personal data Genartml Private Limited ("Genartml", "we") collects through genartml.com and in the course of client projects, and how we use it. It is written to follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Details you send through the contact form or by email or WhatsApp: name, work email, phone number, company and your project brief.
- Anonymous usage data from Google Analytics, only if you accept cookies.
- For clients, the data needed to deliver the project, under the terms of the signed proposal.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, deliver and support the work you asked for, and send invoices. We do not sell personal data and we do not send marketing messages without your consent.
Client data in AI work
Data you share for a project is processed only to deliver that project. It is not used to train AI models without your written consent. Systems run in accounts in your name wherever possible, connections are encrypted, and access is limited to the people working on your project. A mutual NDA is available on request.
Cookies and analytics
We use analytics cookies only after you click Accept on the cookie notice. If you decline, no analytics script is loaded. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Third-party services
We use trusted providers for email, form handling, hosting and analytics. Each processes data only to provide its service to us.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent, by emailing team@genartml.com. We reply within 30 days.
